The Design Phase is where we hash out all the specifics of the approved concept.  This means we are talking often, confirming the direction of finishes, fixtures, and details in images, elevations, or renderings, and making sure the dream fits within the budget. In this phase you will see the materials that will be used in your space up close and personal, and we will make edits to the concept and design until we've arrived at something you love.
