During the Implementation phase, we are in constant contact with your contractor by phone and at weekly site meetings ensuring they are interpreting drawings correctly, building to specifications, answering any questions, and dealing with those pesky site issues that are inevitable on projects.  We make quick decisions to ensure your time and money isn't being wasted, and we consult you when required so you aren't drowning in minutia.
