The Documentation Phase is where we hash out all the specifics of the approved concept.  This means we are talking often, confirming exact finishes, fixtures, and details in a drawing package, as well as compiling a schedule of all products and/or furniture to be  used in the construction phase.  The Design Phase is where any permit drawings will be completed for submission to the city, and where we collaborate closely with other professionals (engineers, architects, builders, etc.) to "get it right."  The completed package coming out of this phase can also be tendered out to contractors to ensure competitive pricing in an "apples to apples" scenario.
