The first phase is all about getting to know you. I will ask you lots of questions, we will talk in great length about what you want to achieve, and you will fill out a survey.  I want to know how you use your space, what is working for you and what needs improvement.

You will likely be looking forward to seeing some images of beautiful interiors, and you may be disappointed when all I want to do is talk, but nailing this step is SO important so that I can really deliver for you in the next phases.
